Nextel Complaint - coverage and customer service
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- For the past year in Chicago we've been having huge problems with lost and dropped calls and interruptions of the Next Direct feature. Calling customer service or technical assistance at Nextel has been little better than useless.
Nextel is definitely aware that problems exist because they are giving us a rebate on our bills. The problem is that we can't run our limousine business with Nextel's rebates. WE NEED WORKING PHONE SERVICE. The reason we're posting this complaint on my3cents.com is that Nextel gives us nothing but wella wella! There doesn't seem to be any way to move vertically through their food chain to any sort of accountable management level.
We'd love to hear suggestions on moving to another service that can approximate the Next Direct feature along with reliable cellular service. We know it won't be cheap to change all of our hardware, but this abysmal service is already costing us plenty.
