American Airline Complaint - 4 1/2 hour flight delay due to human error
American Airline Flight 1807 was delayed 4 1/2 hours on 04/07/2011 because the plane backed into the gate. It took them that long to bring in a new plane so we (there were 6 of us) could miss a half of day reunion. They said they would contact us via e-mail concerning compensation...still waiting. It is a sad day when customer service means so little to a company and they couldn't care less if you become a regular customer. My business would of gone bankrupt years ago if that is how I treated my clients! But then again, I don't have anyone to bail me out. We will see if AA comes through or if I need to start telling my clients about this experience.
