Vons Complaint - Cashier laziness? - not all the coupons scanned

LA MESA, CALIFORNIA -- Usually Vons have been good to me. Never inaccurate in sales prices showing up on the register machine. It was the cashier that I had a complaint today. After I got back to my car to check my receipt, I noticed one coupon was not scanned. Why was that? Was she half asleep and lost my coupon? I had only 4 coupons. I saw only 3 scanned.

I am always eager to get out so I don't check the cashier's moves or prices if they are right at that moment. Feeling cheated when something is not right, either computer errors or humans sleeping on duty.

Believe it or not, I hand my coupons over one at a time. I will know immediately if there is a problem.
