Priceline Complaint - Don't purchase more than one night! Don't purchase even one night through them.
We reserved a hotel through Priceline for 2 nights. When getting to the hotel, it was disgusting. It smelled super bad, really dirty (especially the floors), we had some problems with our key and the power went out when my daughter was using the blow dryer and it took quite a while for them to get this fixed. The management barely spoke any English and to top it all off, I was sitting watching TV that evening and I saw a bedbug crawl across the top of my daughters bedspread. So, we had to pile all of our belongings on top of the little table and sleep with not blankets on, but all bundled up. In the morning we could not get out of there fast enough. We spoke to the hotel management and they said they had no other room (there was only about 3 cars there). They would not credit us because we went through Priceline. So, I called Priceline and they said the hotel would have to credit us. I told Priceline that I would still go through them for my second night, just another hotel please, but they absolutely would not. So, my daughter and I ended up shortening our trip because I was not staying in that hotel room another night and I couldn't afford another night somewhere else. So, don't go through Priceline ever because even if you had one horrible night, they will never give you back your money. I won't use them again.
