Travelocity Complaint - Terrible Service - Wrong Hotel Type
Take my advice please, don't ever use travelociy. I booked a jacuzzi room on their website for 97.xx at a Best Western and when I got there the front desk agent gave me a form to sign for 65.xx. I advised they must have the wrong room and sure enough they did. I handed the clerk the printout showing I had purchased a jacuzzi room and he said its in their system as a regular room and I have to call Travelocity. I called Travelocity and told them that hotel wouldn't do anything for me, they don't have any jacuzzi rooms available. Travelocity said they wouldn't refund me and never explained why. never offered to do a thing for me. I was on the phone with the customer service agent and her supervisor for and hr and half, was placed on hold several times for at least 15 min...couldn't us either of them.
They spoke horrible English..very very bad company..i get my cc bill and even tho I didn't stay at the hotel, 97xx was charged instead of 65xx. I disputed w my cc co.
