General Electric Company Complaint - GE Customer service Sucks
I have had this front loading washer since the end of 2007. It broke down just at the end of the warranty and took 3 weeks to order parts and fix. Now I have the same problem and I have to pay for the repairs, well fine but the GE customer service employee said he would make a note to have the tech go through the machine and make sure this would not happen again. 3 loads of wash later and it's broke again, call and make another appointment days later mind you, and now it's a broken pipe. he fixed that and now 2 loads of wash it's not working. When I call again I get no special treatment no I'm sorry for the problem. just make another appointment for days later. I work in the automotive industry and when I have a come back or complaint that person is priority number one top of the list, not with this company. So save yourself some time and steer clear of this company's products, because when it breaks (not if) you are going to hate them!!
