Travelocity Complaint - Please Beware
My friends and I booked a cruise on March 18. 2011 with Travelocity. Today is April 16 2011. And we still can not get anyone to help us with the problems they have created with our 3cabins. We have spent hours on the phone everyday with them trying to get our problem resolved. Everyday it is"a supervisor will get back to you tomorrow, they are working on your case.".seriously, how long does it take to resolve one issue?! So now we are past our refund date, due to their lack of help. I think they purposely dragged it out so we were no longer entitled to a refund.
How do they get away with all of these complaints without the better business stepping in to protect the consumer!
