ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- In January of this year, I needed to replace my Ford Explorer. When the time came, I didn't hesitate on where to go. Malcolm Cunningham Ford-Lincoln was my only stop. The purchase I made in January of 2011 was my second purchase, and a relatively simple process. Although the dealership had changed ownership, my previous salesperson, Crista, was still there. I was thankful to work with the same person because a bond was initially established in 2006 when I purchased another vehicle there.
Crista found the vehicle I was looking for, in another state, and had it delivered, during the snow storm. She and all of the staff I encountered made sure I was happy and that I took advantage of any incentives being offered.
I must say that because of the 2006 sale experience, I have sent at least 5 other friends to Crista for vehicle purchases. Each of them has been able to drive away in the vehicle of their choosing. The dealership has been very kind and provided me with a referral fee due to the business I sent their way.
In addition to Crista, I must also brag on my service advisor, Pierre Parham. It is because of his attention to me and my vehicle (two vehicles ago, a 2000 Ford Explorer, that I even purchase a new Explorer in 2006 from the dealership.
Now I have a 2010 model and have just taken it in for its first oil change. As usual, the service was great! I failed to mention that I also have my 2002 Ford Thunderbird serviced at this dealership. It is my expectation that this relationship will continue for years to come. I didn't know what to expect when Malcolm Cunningham purchased this dealership, but I must say things have only gotten better. Give them a try.
