Volkswagen of Fort Myers Complaint - Poor Customer Service
I purchased a 2008 Jetta at your dealership in Fort Myers and paid cash for the car. I want to say the sales person was very courteous and helpful, however my complaint is that a handbook was not furnished with the car; also only one ignition key was available and when we drove away in the car, the gas tank was only 1/4 full and had to stop on the way to put gas in the car.
I have bought many cars in the past and have never purchased a car that did not have a handbook included, two sets of keys and a tank full of gas upon delivery of the vehicle.
This is very poor customer service and I don't expect to buy another vehicle at your dealership in the future.
