Top Tv Johannesburg Complaint - Terrible Services And Empty Promises
We received a call that specified that the account was in arrears. We phoned them for a fax number to fax proof of payment, we did exactly that. They told us they will call us back, and its the 7th day today and everyday we phoned them just to be told they will phone us!!!!
I am regretting to have chosen TopTV over dsTV. PLEASE HELP. We have small kids and they need the TV.
