Cox Communications Inc Complaint - Long, long, long hold time when you try and cancel.
RIVER RIDGE, LOUISIANA -- I’ve been trying to cancel my service, simply because I am moving out of aria. I have called Cox to cancel many times, but I am always put on hold for 30+ minutes, until I need to hang up. I have called the main operators to complain about the long hold times. They have promised to have my calls expedited, however, I simply get placed on hold again for another 30+ minutes. I am extremely frustrated that I am not able to talk to anybody about canceling my service. Once I am able to finally cancel, I will probably never consider using Cox again because of this experience.
