Direct Air Complaint - Poor Service
I purchased two vouchers last Sept. Expiring on June 30th 2011.I tried to book by phone starting in Feb for a seat on April 22nd-29th. the phone was eternally on hold. I tried booking on line and received no confirmation or inkling that they even received the booking A few days ago I was finally told that those dates were filled and I had to scramble at the last minute to get booked on Southwest. On sending a request for an extension I was told that would be unfair to other passengers, no kidding!!give yourselves a break don't even touch this company the headaches are not worth it, mines is just one rotten story there lots more out there when I pointed out they were already advertising for the next batch and it would be better to take care of the passengers who had already paid they were not interested.
I know of one family who are left holding eleven vouchers.
