Wal-Mart Compliment - Great People - Return of merchandise
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK., OKLAHOMA -- On Tuesday April 19,2011 I had purchased a lawn mower at the store on Northwest Expressway and Council in Okc. While I was looking at one of the mowers Riley came over and asked if he could help me, I told him I would like to purchase this mower and I would like some help getting it out to my vehicle. Riley was very happy to help me. Got it home and found out there was a problem with the front wheel being lose more than just tightening a nut. Brought it back and met Riley and Cole in the garden area. Told them what the problem was and they both dug into the box to see what I was talking about and they concurred with the problem. Riley went with me to the return desk pushing the mower on a cart and stayed there during the return transaction and kept a conversation going to make the situation more bearable. In the mean time Cole was getting down another mower for me that was stacked on the upper shelves that needed a lift to get to. On my return to the garden area the new mower was down and waiting for me. Aubry was the cashier for both transactions and was very pleasant and was understanding what was going on and kind of laughed a little when I pointed to the other mower for her to ring up. All three of these people need to have a pat on the back or at least an acknowledgement of their part in making a customer much happier.
