Conn's Appliances Complaint - Conn's Appliances must be used or refurbished - Appliances
Complaint
I purchased a refridgerator for Conn's and before getting a working one they had to deliver 5 to my house. Was an awful experience. Was like pulling teeth trying to get good customer service out of them. And just to add... each time I went in to make a payment the employee's would not even aknowledge I was there by saying hello.
I'm there to give them money you would think at least a hello would be in order.
