T-Mobile Complaint - Billing
I terminated my service with T-Mobile 10 days after my 2 year contract expired. I was billed for an entire month because I "did not personally call them to port my number." Instead, Verizon ported my number, but because I didn't personally call them, they claim they can bill me for the entire billing cycle even though they didn't carry my service for 2/3 of that cycle. Very poor business practices.
Not to mention that their cell service sucked, the phone sucked and the customer service sucked. Never again will I use T-Mobile!
