JVC Complaint - Beware of the JVC DR-MV1S - DR-MV1S DVD/VCR Recorder
DR-MV1S DVD/VCR Recorder - Complaint
I purchased the JVC DR-MV1S DVD/VCR Recorder 6 months ago. This is basically a good unit or was. The problem with this one is that it will lock up and will flash "LOADING" on it's display. I have researched on the web in reference to this problem and have found out that allot of other people have been experiencing the same problem. I went to the JVC web site and found the problem in their Q&A section. JVC does reconize the problem and states that they will make the necessary adjustments to fix the problem. Now the real problem begins. They give several phone numbers to contact customer service. Unfortunately, they are ALL recorded messages that lead you to a DEAD END. So now, I'm writing them to found how to get my unit serviced. It's a waiting game now. I would recommend to everyone to stay away from this unit until JVC can put out a better one !
