AT&T Wireless Complaint - Faulty warranty replacement phones
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- My under warranty phone was not reading the memory card, so agent had refurbished replacement sent. The replacement phone was not acceptable as the screen wobbled making it difficult to read. The agent had a second refurbished phone sent which had a chip in the lower part of the case, so a third refurbished phone was sent. This phone seemed to be fine, UNTIL the first call came in and I was not able to hear the caller! I called AT&T and it was "rebooted" but still did not allow for the caller to be heard. Now, I cannot get this one replaced UNTIL one of the previous phones is received and recorded as returned, which I am told takes anywhere from 2 -3 weeks! Their solution was to recommend I go buy a Go Phone!! I am left without service of the phone and told to spend more money due to their repeately sending faulty refurbished warranty phones!!!!
