Radialabs Complaint - Radialabs Ripoff - Skincare

Skincare - Complaint
Review by TWL on 2011-04-21
FLORIDA -- There are two products, Hydroxatone and Radialabs wrinkle reducer, so intertwined it is hard to separate, and in my estimation it is intentional. You respond to a free trial offer and then when the product arrives you find you have been billed in full and maybe more then once. All sorts of excuses - you waited too long etc, etc. Returning and trying to get credit could be a real hassle, as we are in the process of doing.

I have filed disputes with our credit card company and in the process of trying to document this convoluted affair. From the looks of things, there are quite a few similar complaints.

I have wondered before if they are one and the same. They have too many similarities. Good luck with getting your money back! If you have not already returned the stuff, make sure you get a tracking number on the return so they can't say they never received it.

If enough people file credit card disputes, it has got to catch up to these companies sooner or later. They are banking on people not following up, but I don't think it's working.
