RoadRunner Complaint - Not Very Honest
About three months ago I had two Roadrunner employees promoting their "Triple Play" service in my neighborhood. They offered internet services, TV cable & phone for $99.99. Although I was happy with my internet service at the time I was told that their service service would be faster & better. Sounded like a good deal. As soon as they installed their equipment, we had difficulty with the telephone. After a few visits, they corrected it. My internet was not faster, if anything it seems like it was slower. They said that if I wanted faster they could provide me with their Turbo service for an additional fee. Being that I had all of the premium channels that it would be approximately $129.99 a month. First bill, $326. I called and they said that I was told it would be "slightly higher' the first month. Slightly? The next, and last bill is $181. I called again and they said my bill is $159 a month plus tax. No clue what happened to $129? Nobody knows. I am going to beg AT&T to take me back and look into Direct TV or Dish Network. If it sounds to good to be true . . .
