Rejunvenate Spa Complaint - Dont waste your money

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I have gone to Rejuvenate Spa many times, because it is the same building where I work. The owner focuses on getting new people in but she lacks any customer service when it comes to keeping customers. She repeatedly makes mistakes on scheduling, (she scheduled a facial on a day she knows the clinician is not working, she scheduled a massage instead of a facial and didn't honor it...etc) but instead of "owning" up the her mistakes, she blames her customers. As a young business owner, she has yet to learn that - especially in the spa business- you need to "take care of " your customers. Hopefully one day she will learn to do that and also figure out that she is in the service industry. In the meantime, I believe the reason she focuses on getting new clients in the door is because once you go in - you never want to come back.

I do not recommend Rejuvenate Spas because of the owner. She has a lot of growing up to do. Besides the owner's lack of commitment, there are limited services that are offered, and the "spa" is located in an office environment (how relaxing is THAT?) and it has mediocre contractors who are basically in training. I recommend anyplace over this one. And I go to a lot of spas - not returning to this one.
