Kelley Chevrolet Compliment - Service Above and Beyond

FORT WAYNE, INDIANA -- A few weeks ago, I noticed a high pitched squeal sound coming from the area of the dashboard on the passenger side of my vehicle. I only had a few weeks left to get it looked at before the warranty expired.

Since Saturn is no longer making vehicles and the local dealership is closed, I took my vehicle to Kelley Chevrolet which is part of the dealer group that also included the Saturn dealership.

After a few hours, I got a call from Andy, the service consultant. He stated that he could not get the vehicle to replicate the noise I brought the vehicle in for. He stated that he would give it a couple more hours and try again.

A couple hours later, he called again and stated that he still could not get the noise to appear and that I could come and pick up the vehicle. I figured that, with my luck, the noise would show up the day after the warranty expired and that replacing the blower motor would cost me big bucks. However, Andy came to the rescue by stating that he was going ahead and ordering a new blower motor and would install it when it arrived.

The next day, I got a call about the part being in. I took the vehicle in and the job was done in less than an hour!

When I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I'm definitely going back to Kelley!
