NEWTON, IOWA -- I bought the washer Maytag Bravos Mar.19, 2011. What a huge mistake. After 19 loads and less than 20 days it broke down stating LID on the auto print. I could not email no email, I couls not troubleshoot- no one is available on weekends they are closed every weekend. So Mon called. after waiting 34 min. on the phone I spoke with someone. They will come on Wed. They did cannot fix until part comes in in one week. One week later he came he fixed it he left. I did one load of clothes and it broke again. This time the repair man said at least another week. I called company the female supervisor said her policy is not to take it back but fix it. She could care less. I called LOWE's and they said they might not care but we care bring it back. I did and was refunded. Thank GOD for Chuck at Lowe's We now own a GE and it is working beautifully. Thank you Lowe's. I will never buy Maytag again. By the wat you can not email them and you cannot speak with Jim Fettif or anyone on the board. They just do npot care.
