Ashley Furniture Complaint - 6 Months and Still Waiting!
EDMONTON -- So I wrote in last week to complain about it taking 5 months, now we are into the 6th month. A tech came out to check our leather(it came all scratched up and continued to mark every time you sat down). He said that he could not repair the leather,(made no sense considering that tears could b fixed and this was only a scrape)he said this was the worst case he has ever seen. He reported back to the service department. They called within 15 min and said that they were willing to exchange the piece. I said NO I want my money back, they told me that they need 3 attempts. I said this was the 4th attempt. They said they would get back 2 me.
So I did some research. I was told that I was buying a leather sectional, it cost me over $3600 for 3 pieces. I found out that it wasn't all leather but it was a leather match. So the seating area is leather but the rest of it is VINYL!! I can't believe it!! Will keep you updated.
