Target Complaint - Horrible Customer Service in Melrose Park
MELROSE PARK, ILLINOIS -- We went shopping today for a baby swing. We found the perfect one, and when /I went to the cahier to pay, she didn't say hi or anything at all. She scanned the item, and didn't even give me my total. I had to ask her if the numbers displayed were the total because I guess she was too tired to speak.
The price shown was not the price that was being advertised on the product. When I told her that the price was being shown different she had a different sales associate help, but she didn't really care about I had to say. My husband went to the aisle where the swings were and took the price to the cashier so she could see it. The sales associate got angry and started saying things under her breath. I figured she thought we didn't speak or understand English, since I didn't say anything to her. After they saw the price I had stated was accurate, they didn't even want to honor it. They acted as if I was supposed to know how to read their mistakes.....This was by far the worst experience ever...not only was the cashier rude, but the sales associate had the nerve to say things about my husband and I not knowing that I understand every single word. Never again am I shopping there...EVER....And I will make sure I let everyone I know know about this horrible experience.
