Sprint Nextel Complaint - Employee abuse - consumer call center
SILVERDALE, WA -- Folks, I so hear your complaints, but to hit the employees is going too far. Employees of Sprint do try to help the consumer in every way possible. You need to listen carefully when you purchase a EVO, etc and understand your contract. Employees are taking abuses that you can not comprehend. One day they are told to do a procedure one way and the next day they are told to change it. Whatever they are instructed to do they are set up and the end results is they get wrote up for helping the consumer, or let go. They have to meet stats beyond belief and if those stats go down they are wrote up or let go. Some employees work 10.5 hours per day, for you and they take a lot of nastiness that they do not deserve. The confusion that goes on at a call center is wrong when all the reps are trying to do is correct errors in billing, bad phones, and just a lot of misunderstanding that crosses from the store to the consumer to the representative Lets give the call center reps a break and try to look at what they go through to try and help you.
