T-Mobile Complaint - Can I speak to an American?
So I just got with T-moible 2 weeks ago and have problems everyday for these two weeks. When I first signed up for the service the representative gave me wrong plan so I had to wait till my phone got delivered to do anything about it. Then when the phone got here I called back and the stupid reps don't speak good English and it pisses me off because I can't understand them so I went to the store they set me up for the right plan and which was the 1500 min unlimited data and unlimited messaging for 79.99 so when I went to the store I only had to pay for the web and they said it would be on there in 72 hours so I was like ok cool. So 72 hours past and I called back and they were like you have to pay if you want the Internet I had already freaken paid for the stupid Internet so where the heck is my money?
So they were like ok we it will be on there we see the payment. I got the service 04/05/2011 today is 04/28/11 still don't have Internet on my phone I have been having tons of dropped calls ugggghhhh. I really hate them man they need to get some Americans cause the other people are pissing me off ugggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
