Spirit Airlines Complaint - 29 Hour cancellation policy SCAM
MIRAMAR, FLORIDA -- I just spoke with a manager from Spirit Airlines reservation department in India. He was not helpful in providing any information on who I could speak with to assist me with this cancellation. It was like a was talking to a boiler room manager. Very Shady experience. I needed to cancel my tickets because I had taken a job that would make it impossible for me to travel. I booked the flight 29 hours previous to making the call. If I had called 5 hours before I would have been creditied my full amount, but now I will be charged 115.00 per ticket. Even though it is 6 weeks away from the flight. This is an outrageous policy and your company should be ashamed of it. I expect to be contacted to discuss this matter with in 24 hours since your company has such a strict policy against customers maybe it will have a 24 hour return phone call policy.
