Charter Cable Complaint - Worst Service And Customer Service Ever
I have been without cable AGAIN for over 24 hours. My area has experienced storms, so some outage is acceptable. WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IS LINDA, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT I SPOKE WITH this morning at five am. I was indeed annoyed, but my words were to tell her who I was and when could I expect to have my cable up and going again. Much to my surprise, this was her response. "unless, you quit YELLING at me, I will not continue this conversation.". I was apalled. I was no where yelling, and even if I had been, Charter, is this what you have answering your customer service calls????
I will cancel this service, and always tell people of the absoute rudeness that I expereienced from your company.
