LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY -- Purchased the initial printer from Circuit City - it started jamming a few weeks later, however Circuit City was by then out of business. Contacted Lexmark, they offered to replace/upgrade the printer - however, now this one is jamming and it's barely a year old and hardly used. Lexmark customer service is rude, the manager hung up on me and they refused to repair or replace this printer even after they admitted the printer is defective. I am realistic, and understand that a printer of this grade is not expected to last long especially if it is used excessively. However, that is not my case - as a matter of fact, had I used the printer more I would have ran into this problem even sooner. The saying is true - you get what you pay for - although they are cheaper, buying Lexmark products do not save you money when you have to purchase a new printer every year.
