Get800today.com Complaint - Get800today.com Terrible Customer Service & Support

FREMONT, CALIFORNIA -- Avoid Get800today.com at all costs. Everything was going along fine with service until I got a call on my standard line from a customer saying that the toll free number was not working. I checked my web interface, and noticed that no traffic had come through for over a week. I contacted customer support, and was told by the girl there that they experienced a problem the previous week. I asked why they had not sent an email to customers informing them of the problem, and told her that this was poor customer service, only to get an "OK" in response. 24 hours later and the service is still not operating. I'm hemmorhaging customers at this point thanks to these idiots. This is clearly a small business run out of the house, which does not bother me, but the incompetence of the couple running it is stellar.

It's now been over 2 weeks since my service stopped on the paid account for get800today.com, and still nothing from the company. I've filed a complaint with the FCC, and have switched carriers. Unfortunately, porting requires @ a week to complete. Avoid get800today.com at all costs!
