Sears Hardware - Downers Grove, IL Complaint - They won't refund your money and you don't get the product either

DOWNERS GROVE, ILLINOIS -- I ordered one online (an intermediate tool chest). It turns out, five minutes later, I found out I ordered the wrong one. I canceled the order online. That was a month ago. I'm still trying to chase down the store manager to get my $92. Go to Lowes and buy your tools there. They take care of their customers and stay the hell away from Sears
