Intuit Merchant Services / Innovative Merchant Solutions Complaint - Horrible Service. Awful!

WOODLAND HILLS, CALIFORNIA -- Nothing went right w/ Intuit/IMS. Nothing. Several faulty attempts to program our new card-swipe machine, numerous delays in deposit of funds, frequent mismatched & mysteriously vanishing batches, expensive check processing fees, no printed statements. Every call to customer service involved at least 30 minutes of being repeatedly put on hold by English-challenged reps before reaching anyone the least bit helpful, who would promise to resolve the issue but rarely did. Notified them in writing to cancel service, but they continued to withdraw fees from our bank acct. for months until we finally had to close that bank acct. Stay away!
