Spiegel Complaint - Rip Off
VIRGINIA -- On March 1, 2011 I placed an order. When it arrived I immediately returned it. My UPS tracking info proves that they received it back on March 11, 2011. It is May 4, 2011 and I have still not received my refund or had any response to my several emails to their "customer service" (joke). I believe this company is affiliated with Newport News which I am also having the same trouble with and their policies must be the same. Newport News says 2 billing cycles for a refund...BUT I used my debit card at both places. Immediately take my money out when I order so give me my money back immediately when I return.
