Complaint - Assurance program - Virgin Mobile

I didn't know I had qualify for the assurance wireless program until I got a letter form assurance saying that I have to fill out an annual certification form. That's when I call Virgin mobile and got the and I report that I didn't have the services.

Of course you have to qualify for the Assurance program, just as with a similar program through Tracfone. Both programs are for people who cannot afford a cell phone and feel the need to have one for emergencies. It is not meant for people who just want a free cell phone. If you make more than the maximum or do not receive certain assistance programs, then you do not qualify to get a phone through Assurance. Sorry, but that is the basis of the program.
