NorthAmerican Bancard Complaint - Hidden Services - Credit Card Processing
TROY, MICHIGAN -- We have learned the hard way with this consumer about holding our funds for 180 days without reason, even thought they have contacted the customers from whom we accepted their credit card to pay for our services they took it upon themselves to hold the funds for that long I have inquired with other merchant services and the max is TEN to 30 days days. We do not recommend this merchant service to handle any new possible clients. The reason we got was because we used the credit card machine two days in a row a total of 12 transactions and for four days after that there was no transactions so to them we were accused of some type of fraudulent transactions we provided signed receipts from customers along with invoices as well as case numbers from the local police department proving that the customers vehicles were impounded and released date of transactions. It takes North American Bancard 180 days to release your funds when other merchant services only take 24 to 36 hours So please beware of the non-customer service and non-professionalism of this company when it comes to processing and releasing your funds in a timely manner. So don't let the car salesman of North American Bancard (Chris & Brian) make promises to you they can't keep, and BEWARE OF THE INCOMPETENT STAFF IN THE RISK DEPARTMENT it takes them 180 days to figure out that the transactions were legitimate.
