Chilis Eagle Pass Complaint - Complaint - Terrible, the Manager has a very bad attitude

EAGLE PASS, TEXAS -- The food was horrible, was served cold, they took more than 1 hour for us to get our food, and then the manager was questioning my comments. I was not asking for anything free, but he was very unprofessional.

Great review. Short, but concise and to the point! The food was horrible tasting, served cold, and received nearly after an hour after ordering. When the OP expressed their displeasure, the manager apparently questioned her motive, thus coming across as unprofessional. Again, great review!

It would be a cold day in h-ll before I waited an hour to get my food. I would have just gotten up and left after a half hour
