HRTV Complaint - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

CALIFORNIA -- HRTV IS A TELEVISION BROADCAST OF HORSE RACING. THIS SERVICE COMES IN A PACKAGE THROUGH THE CABLE COMPANY WHICH COST ABOUT $15 EXTRA PER MONTH. BEFORE I PURCHASED THIS SERVICE, I CHECKED HRTV'S PROGRAMMING FOR THE WEEKLY RACE TRACKS THAT WOULD BE SHOWN. SURPRISE!!! THEY AIRED PROGRAMS WHICH WERE NOT LISTED ON THEIR SCHEDULE, AND DELETED THE PROGRAMS THAT I WANTED TO SEE.

I HAVE SENT HRTV E-MAILS. I CALLED THEM. THEIR RESPONSE BY A HUMAN IS "TOUGH LUCK." MY E-MAILS GO UNANSWERED.

UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE PROGRAMS IN THE PACKAGE THAT MY WIFE ENJOYS. THEREFORE, WE KEEP THE PROGRAMMING. MY BIGGEST GRIPE IS THAT I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD SHOW WHAT IS SCHEDULED. IT'S THE SAME AS GOING TO THE MOVIES TO SEE STAR WARS, AND AFTER YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKET, THEY TELL YOU BAMBI IS SHOWING.

PS....WHY DO YOU WRITE IN ALL CAPS?

It's all horse racing all the time. What were you expecting? Here's a tip from Bob Baedeker: Get off your sagging couch and go to your local EMPTY California Racetrack or OTB, they need your support!
