Federal Express Corporation Complaint - Incompetent and expensive deliver - Deliver of a printed journal from US to Portugal
Deliver of a printed journal from US to Portugal - Complaint
Review by goes on 2011-05-06
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- I have ordered to Wolters Kluwer Health a printed journal, and this was sent to Lisbon, Portugal (where I live) using first class mail Federal Express Corporation, locally licensee Rangel SA Portuguese company.
I received a first e-mail from Rangel SA on the 26th April 2011 acknowledging the arrival of the order to Lisbon, but it was only delivered to me by Rangel SA on the 5th May 2011, taxing me 75,70 euros for this deliver. The main reasons for this delay in delivery were related to non explained difficulties of Rangel SA in receiving my e-mails, and their slow and indolent response when I had difficulties in contacting them. If this journal had been sent by Wolters Kluwer Health using regular mail, it would be for me much more convenient, much cheaper and faster, than using the Federal Express Corporation service.
Sincerely,
