Only Evo Complaint - Be careful when ordering from only evo

In February I ordered a skin for my phone and a phone case..1 item out my order came..my phone case was so called on back order. I called every to weeks to check on my order, finally when I asked for a refund in April. They told me my Item was shipped. Here it is may I finally receive the envelope for my order with absolutely nothing in it...to make a long story short ..here I am now ..no phone case no refund ..every time I call they tell me they issued me a refund check..then where is it???

My next step, reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Forget the BBB. They will not resolve anything for you.

How did the envelope arrive, meaning what shipping method was used? File a claim with whomever shipped it, telling them you received nothing but an empty envelope.

Skye, I agree that the empty envelope should be addressed with the company.

However, I would use the BBB to get the refund that they claimed they sent, but evidently have not. The BBB resolved two disputes I had, and I believe one of our own members just had an ugly issue resolved with the help of the BBB over a chair incident.
