Expedia Complaint - Never Ever Use Expedia- worst customer service
I had an entire trip to the Bahamas scheduled around the Exumas Powerboat Excursion. I purchased it through Expedia. They took the money out of my account and sent me a confirmation email- normal... I then called to confirm- 2x because I wanted to make sure I was confirmed. Then I printed my vouchers and brought my confirmation email with me. The ride was sold out and my name was not on the list. Apparently Expedia had never booked me. They took my money- but didn’t bother to book the adventure, EVEN after I confirmed several times. I was devastated. Then I spent $30 calling to figure out why it hadn't been confirmed and how to get my money refunded. I also got into an argument with a supervisor from Expedia because she said I didn’t do anything to you so you shouldn’t be mad at me. I wasn’t that rude- I just started the conversation with “I am really upset” when she interrupted me. I will never use Expedia again.
