British Airways Complaint - No refund after failed cancellation
HARMONDSWORTH -- We had bought tickets Zurich-London-Philadelphia to go on a half-year trip to the US. A few days before our flight, BA urged passengers to cancel or reschedule their flights in order not to add to the chaos caused by "Big Freeze". We re-booked with another airline and canceled our BA flight. Or so we thought – because the BA system had not processed our cancellation correctly.
4 months worth of contacting customer service and complaints department had no effect whatsoever. Everyone contacted kept passing us on or simply not responding.
