TEXAS -- April/2011 we sent in our 3 mos digital srl camera for repair (Sony service center in Texas)
Here is the story
1. After 15 days we receive no calls from Sony, we then call the service center and here is the conversation.
us: Did you receive our camera?
Sony: No
US: We have a confirmation number from ups that you have received it. (We gave them the number)
Sony: (within 5mins) yes we have received the camera, call us back in few days
US: few days later, we call and ask about our camera.
Sony: Your camera is so 'corrored' beyond repair and we do not warranty this.
US: Asking Sony, explain how the 3mos old camera can be corrored.
Sony: Maybe quick extreme changes in weather from extrem hot to extreme cold.
US: We live in California. There is no Extreme hot and cold
Us: Can we speak to a manager
Sony: Manager do not speeak to customer
Sony: We will not repair and will send back your camera

We report the incident to Better business bureau in Texas
Sony: call us back and sent us the images of our camera.
US: asking Sony how did you get the images? Why did you told us about the images until Better business bureau contacted you.
Sony: No answer
ANYONE HERE HAVING ISSUES WITH SONY, REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
