British Airways Complaint - Worst customer service
I had a ticked Frankfurt/London/Miami. I got to the airport over 2 hours in advance, with sufficient time for my flight. At the Frankfurt airport there was a security issue and the check point (gate) was closed for about 45 minutes to one hour. People from other flights (other airlines) were able to pass the security point without making the line so that they would not missed their flight. There was no one from BA and I ended being late for my flight. By the time I got to the gate there was no representative from BA and no call for the flight. They cancelled my whole flight, including my connection London/Miami. BA personnel was extremely rude and did not want to recognize anything because it was "not their fault" the gate was closed. I had to buy a whole new ticket and of course I now expect reimbursement from BA. After reading the other complains I could imagine my reimbursement will be no more than a dream. I am a frequent flier (usually with other airlines), This is the first time something like this happens. Do not fly BA, they will screw you.
