MASSACHUSETTS -- These people need to grow up. Ask a question, go ahead.... I dare you. LOL. What a joke. This guy must have been abused growing up. Two sales he lost because of being a fool. Had the nerve to call me and act like he was a tough guy and hang up. Hope you read this buddy. This guy must have banned hundreds of potential customers. Selling out of his home no doubt. Love the disclaimer that they are not technicians or professionals and then they get all technical in their item descriptions.
Not a problem, I am not buying and selling. Just make an occasional purchase for personal use. Plenty of other places to buy on Ebay. Good luck people just don't ask any questions or even give a compliment. It doesn't matter.
Any correspondence gets you blocked. Don't think you can even ask them anymore which is what they should have done to begin with. Good luck Dennis. Keep up the great work........ LOL.

Sounds like venting to me. When the OP's head clears and the frustration subsides, perhaps they'll return and make a detailed review of Cape Ann Audio. Please come back and share some details!

Cape Ann Audio does a steady business on Ebay, has over 2300 feedbacks, and a 100% feedback rating with 142 items sold in the past 12 months.
It seems to me these people are no-nonsense and don't like questions. I'm not saying that is a good thing at all, just what I am seeing by the complaints elsewhere here and on Ebay.
Companies like this are quite happy to see people move along to buy elsewhere. Kind of reminds me of Dell. It's a darned shame, because creating ill will isn't a good way to do business IMO.

great review, I certainly would be one mad consumer if dealing with the likes of these kind of sellers. Obviously sounds like he had some issues with professionalism.
