LifeFone Informative - How much commission are their representatives allowed to make?

Review by JDW on 2011-05-08
I wish to find out how much commission are their representatives allowed to make selling these pendants to people. I'm only asking because I am curious to know this.

The amount of commission could vary depending on whether the sales people are contractors, if they work directly for the company at a salary + commission rate or at a flat rate.

great review. it would be good to know if they are pushing them for safety of people, or the prize of commissions.

This is not a review, so I don't see how it could be voted helpful.

I don't see the help value in a general question either, nor am I sure if discussing what those who sell a product make is necessarily relevant or appropriate on the site.

Every company I have ever worked for was adamant the your salary was confidential, to the point that you could be treminated for discussing it with another employee. What someone makes is none of anybopdy else's business.

As with many companies, the amount of commission may depend on the individual's experience. This should have maybe been posted under 'General Questions'.

Google found this for me.

"Earn $50 per sale of our LIfeFone service. $5.00 will be paid on any accessories purchased by existing customers. Should there be a misunderstanding and customers only purchase an accessory, we will attempt to convert them into a monthly service customer and commission will be paid. If we are unable to convert them into a customer, no commission will be paid. "

However I don't know if it's official or not since it didn't come from their site.

Great review, I've often wondered about the commission aspect myself. It would be nice think that the salesperson(s), is/are trying to sell this product because they genuinely feel it will benefit the customer.
