Complaint - Problems finding compression hose that are well made

Review by Peginator on 2011-05-08
I have been having lots of problems finding compression hose that are well made. I was using Jobst for several years and the last few times I've purchased them locally and online, the quality of the durability of the product has declined. When they cost about $85 for a pair, that is truly a problem. I ordered them through ForYourLegs and when those didn't work out, I was charged for shipping both ways. The initial order had shipping free but when you return something to them, they deduct the shipping charge. That ended up costing me about $10 on top of the hassle of the return. This is really a problem when you have to wear these and can't find a good quality product. I have complained to Jobst and they said they had made changes in how the product is made now. I wish that they would made a good product again. One pair I got from physical therapy ran the first day I wore them. I was lucky that they agreed to take them back. Wondering if anyone else is having problems like this. Thanks.
