DirecTV Inc Complaint - Are you freakin' kidding me ?!?!
Just hung up with DirecTV customer service, after getting the total runaround, and was finally transferred to the 3rd customer service representative who literally acted like we had a bad connection, then hung up on me!
They've obviously got irreverent and juvenile employees that really do not take your issues seriously.
As evil as my local cable company is, at least I can go into a local office and deal with a representative face-to-face.
