My goldenvelope.com Complaint - Nevr recieved a refund or notification on the status

Hi my name is Kimberly Patterson in November of 2010 I sent two cell phones to my goldenvelope.com up to now I have not received a refund, email absolutely nothing. I've emailed them and didn't receive any response would be happy if some one would look into this matter.
