Netspend Complaint - Request Action AND lets Join together...
Short description of what happen...
Lost my Netspend card and boyfriend offered to use his card for direct deposit. Since I wasn't on his account they froze his card and they called to inform him. He called them back once he got back from home with me. And I went and told them my information like they requested. After being verified they went and stated that I will receive the money after 4 business hrs. Okay so I still haven't received the money.
I understand that people mess up, but if no one knows what to do, then captain we have a problem. Why do you not know what bank the money was sent back too, and why can't you help me? Netspend said that they are sorry for the mistake that they made, but I am still suffering. And my boyfriend has over drafts because of this situation.
