Choice Hotels Complaint - Miss treated they were not commited to my satisfaction like the advertise
LEWISBURG, WEST VIRGINIA -- When we called for reservations they told us there was no problem with getting a room with a microwave and a refrigerator. For the first two weeks it was not a problem. When I checked out Friday morning I asked too have the same room I had the past two weeks and they told me ok. WHEN I CHECKED IN SUDAY NIGHT AFTER A 5 1/2 HOUR DRIVE I COME TOO FIND THEY GAVE MY FIRST FLOOR ROOM TO SOMEBODY ELSE AND I WAS ON THE SECOND FLOOR WITH NO FRIDGE AND NO MICROWAVE. WHEN I TALKED TO THE FRONT DESK I TOLD THEM I COULD DEAL WITH THE SECOND FLOOR BUT THEY NEED TO FIND ME A MICROWAVE AND FRIDGE OR I WIIL TAKE OUR THREE ROOM AT FIVE NIGHTS TOO ANOTHER MOTEL NEXT WEEK AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I EVEN TRIED MONDAY NIGHT AGAIN AND EVEN TOLD THEM WALLMART IS NEXT DOOR AND THEY WOULD RATHER LOOSE THREE ROOM FOR A WEEK THAN BUY A MICROWAVE AND FRIDGE. THEY HAVE A FLYER IN THE ROOM THAT STATES COMMITMENT TO YOUR SATISFACTION, IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR ACCOMODATIONS OR SERVICE, PLEASE LET THE FRONT DESK KNOW WITHOUT DELAY SO WE CAN MAKE IT RIGHT. SATISFACTION COULDN'T BE SIMPLER AT QUALITY HOTELS.
